Picard GmbH presents the ideal delivery programme for all areas of work in which hammers have always been important tools. The many and diverse fields of activity in which hammers are used require special shaping as well as appropriate and varied weight classes. In addition, hammers must guarantee a safe and physically tolerable working experience. We believe that providing the optimum balance in this area is our most important task.

Many things have changed over the ensuing decades. Technical progress has given rise to better types of steel, more effective production possibilities, more precise monitoring procedures and ultimately ever-greater demands on the tools’ performance capacity.

The experience gathered over many decades, together with our aspiration to deliver the best possible quality, find expression in the high standards that we demand from the steel types used and in the ongoing further development of our process engineering – especially in the field of heat and surface treatment.
As well as from modern production machinery, our hammer production facility with its diversity of shaping activities also benefits from the crucial specialist skills of our workforce, be it in the field of toolmaking, drop forging, heat treatment or grinding and polishing.
Our ultimate goal is to fulfil every requirement that our customers entrust us with. This objective is shared and realised by every employee and constitutes the essence of our endeavours – namely to satisfy the users of Picard tools with the aim of becoming their long-term partner.
